If we made an error — wrong size, wrong cut, print quality issue, color mismatch from your approved proof — contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo showing the problem. We'll reprint your order at no charge or issue a full refund. No runaround, no hassle.

If you're not happy with your proof — that's what the proof process is for. Request as many revisions as you need before approving. Once you approve your proof, that's what we print.
